Refund Conditions
We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Received product has quality issues
- Received product significantly differs from description
- Shipping error (received wrong product)
- Product damaged during shipping
Non-Refundable Items
- Damage caused by customer
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Purchases over 30 days old
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance sales)
Refund Process
- Contact Customer Service: Submit refund request via phone or email
- Provide Information: Order number, product photos, issue description
- Evaluation Confirmation: Review within 1-3 business days
- Return Product: Ship back product after receiving return authorization
- Refund Processing: Refund issued within 7-10 business days after receiving returned item
Return Requirements
- Product must be in original condition with tags intact
- Must use original packaging or similar protective packaging
- Recommended to use trackable shipping method
